• Creamy Cajun Seafood Pasta

    Ingredients:
    - 8 oz fettuccine pasta
    - 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
    - 1 lb scallops
    - 2 tablespoons olive oil
    - 1 small onion, diced
    - 3 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 bell pepper, diced
    - 1 cup heavy cream
    - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Preparation Steps:
    1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
    2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
    3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
    4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
    5. Add shrimp and scallops to the skillet; cook until shrimp is pink and scallops are opaque.
