Fish Taco Sauce
Creamy Zesty Fish Taco Sauce with Lime and Garlic
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 teaspoon lime zest
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon hot sauce (optional, to taste)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
Add lime juice, lime zest, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, and hot sauce. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in chopped cilantro, if using.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Drizzle generously over fish tacos or use as a dipping sauce.
