One-Pot Cajun Rice with Sausage and Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) sausage, sliced
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup (200g) long-grain rice
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps:
1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
4. Add the rice, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; stir well to combine.
