    Ingredients:

    2 cups heavy cream

    1 cup whole milk

    3/4 cup granulated sugar

    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

    100g dark chocolate (70% cacao), finely chopped

    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    Directions:
