    Ingredients:
    1½ cups paneer, cubed
    ½ cup tandoori marinade (yogurt + spices)
    ½ red onion, sliced
    ½ bell pepper, sliced
    ½ cup spiced tomato sauce (or tikka masala sauce)
    1 cup shredded mozzarella
    Deep-dish pizza crust or thick dough
    Optional: cilantro & chili flakes

    Instructions:
    1⃣ Marinate paneer in tandoori sauce for 30 min (or use pre-marinated).
    2⃣ Press dough into deep-dish pan, layer with sauce, half the cheese.
