In a groundbreaking step toward sustainable transport, Norway has built the world’s first wireless charging road in Trondheim. Spanning just 100 meters, this smart stretch uses copper coils embedded beneath the asphalt to wirelessly charge electric buses in motion using inductive energy transfer.
