Refreshing Papaya Salad with Zesty Lime and Mint
Ingredients:
1 ripe papaya, peeled, seeded, and sliced thinly
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 1 lime
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for a spicy kick)
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, torn

Directions:
