  • Sweet and Spicy Mango-Chili Glazed Chicken Wings

    Ingredients:
    - 2 lbs chicken wings
    - 1 ripe mango, diced
    - 1/4 cup honey
    - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    - 1 tablespoon lime juice
    - 1 tablespoon chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    - 1 teaspoon ginger powder
    - Salt and pepper, to taste
    - Fresh cilantro, for garnish

    Preparation Steps:
    1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. In a blender, combine diced mango, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
    3. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour half of the mango-chili glaze over them. Toss to coat well.
    4. Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
    6. Remove the wings from the oven and brush them with the remaining glaze.
    7. Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until crispy and caramelized.
    8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
