Tiền đền bù đất khi bị thu hồi sẽ được tính tiệm cận với giá thị trường

Từ ngày 1/1/2026, bảng giá đất mới trên toàn quốc sẽ chính thức có hiệu lực, đánh dấu bước chuyển lớn trong chính sách bồi thường khi Nhà nước thu hồi đất.
