Preparation Steps:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and sugar until smooth.
2. Add the orange zest and mix well.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
4. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to cover the bottom evenly.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
