Chipotle Honey Mustard
Sweet and Smoky Chipotle Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (depending on heat preference)
1 tablespoon adobo sauce (from the chipotle can)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of salt
Directions:
In a food processor or blender, combine Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic powder, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust the sweetness or heat to your liking by adding more honey or chipotle.
Transfer to a jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Use as a dip, spread, or drizzle for sandwiches, chicken tenders, roasted veggies, or salads.
