COLOSSUS SAUSAGE & PEPPER DEEP DISH FRENZY
Ingredients:
1 cup Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 cup mixed bell peppers, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
1 lb deep dish pizza dough
Optional: oregano, red pepper flakes
Instructions:
1⃣ Sauté peppers and onions until soft.
2⃣ Press dough into deep dish pan, prebake at 400°F for 10 min.
3⃣ Layer sauce, sausage, veggies, and cheese.
4⃣ Bake 20–25 min until bubbling and golden.
Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Total: 40 min | Serves: 4–6
