BEHEMOTH SPINACH-ARTICHOKE DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked spinach (drained)
1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated parmesan
1 deep dish crust or thick flatbread
Instructions:
1⃣ Mix spinach, artichokes, garlic, cream cheese & half the mozzarella.
2⃣ Spread mix in crust, top with remaining cheeses.
3⃣ Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–20 min till bubbly & golden.
