MONSTROUS REUBEN SAUERKRAUT & SWISS DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
1 deep-dish crust (rye-style if possible)
1 cup sliced pastrami or corned beef
¾ cup sauerkraut, well-drained
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
½ cup Thousand Island or Russian dressing
Optional: caraway seeds & butter for crust
Instructions:
1⃣ Spread dressing on crust base.
2⃣ Layer meat, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
3⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 min until melty & golden.
4⃣ Brush crust with butter, sprinkle caraway if desired.
5⃣ Slice into deli-fusion decadence!
