Creamy Cajun Lobster Pasta
It’s a rich, spicy, and creamy pasta tossed with Cajun-seasoned lobster meat and penne, topped with lobster tails for a show-stopping presentation.
Recipe: Creamy Cajun Lobster Pasta
Ingredients:
For the Lobster:
2 lobster tails (cut shell-side for easy meat removal)
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the Pasta:
8 oz penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Lobster:
Butterfly lobster tails and remove meat. Chop into chunks.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic and lobster meat.
Season with Cajun seasoning and lemon juice. Cook for 3–4 minutes until opaque and tender. Remove and set aside.
Make the Creamy Cajun Sauce:
In the same skillet, add more butter if needed.
Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then pour in heavy cream.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until creamy and slightly thickened.
Combine:
Toss cooked pasta in the sauce. Add lobster meat and mix gently.
Serve with lobster tails placed on top for presentation.
Garnish:
Sprinkle with parsley and extra Cajun seasoning if desired.
