Austrian Wiener Schnitzel – Breaded Veal Cutlet

Ingredients (Serves 4):
* 4 veal cutlets, pounded thin
* 2 eggs, beaten
* 1 cup breadcrumbs
* ½ cup flour
* Salt and pepper
* Butter or oil for frying
* Lemon wedges and potato salad for serving
Instructions:
1. Season veal cutlets with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Fry in butter or oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve immediately with lemon wedges and potato salad.
