GARGANTUAN GYRO DEEP DISH
Ingredients:
2 cups pizza dough
1 ½ cups sliced gyro meat (lamb or chicken)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella or feta
½ cup tomato slices or concassé
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup cucumber slices (post-bake)
¼ cup tzatziki sauce
Optional: fresh dill or oregano
Instructions:
1⃣ Press dough into deep dish pan.
2⃣ Layer gyro meat, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
3⃣ Bake until crust is golden & cheese is bubbly.
4⃣ Top with cucumbers and a drizzle of tzatziki.
5⃣ Serve warm — it’s a full gyro in every slice!
