• 8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
• 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped (for stuffing)
• 2 tbsp cream cheese
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
