BARBARIC BBQ BRISKET CHEESE DOG
Ingredients:
1 cup smoked BBQ brisket, shredded
4 jumbo hot dogs
1 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese
4 large hot dog buns, toasted
½ cup BBQ sauce
Optional: crispy fried onions or pickles for topping
Instructions:
1⃣ Grill or pan-fry hot dogs until sizzling.
2⃣ Warm brisket in BBQ sauce.
3⃣ Load buns with hot dogs, top with brisket & cheese.
4⃣ Broil 2–3 min until cheese melts.
5⃣ Finish with crispy onions or pickles if desired.
