GARGANTUAN SPINACH & ARTICHOKE DEEP DISH DYNAMO
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach (cooked & chopped)
1/2 cup artichoke hearts (chopped)
1/2 cup mozzarella
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 roll pizza dough
Instructions:
1⃣ Press dough into deep dish pan.
2⃣ Mix spinach, artichoke, cream cheese, garlic.
3⃣ Spread mix on dough, top with mozzarella.
4⃣ Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 min until golden and bubbly.
