Ingredients:
1½ cups Italian sausage, cooked & crumbled
1 cup sliced mushrooms, sautéed
½ cup onions, caramelized (optional)
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup marinara or pizza sauce

Optional: oregano or chili flakes
