Strawberry Matcha Tiramisu

Ingredients:
- 1 cup strong brewed matcha tea, cooled
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder, for dusting

Preparation Steps:
1. In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
4. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled matcha tea for about 2 seconds, then layer them in a dish.
5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
6. Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the mascarpone.
7. Repeat the process with another layer of dipped ladyfingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
8. Finish with a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
9. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
