GARGANTUAN CARBONARA & PANCETTA DEEP DISH

Ingredients:
1 deep-dish crust
1 cup crispy pancetta, diced
1 ½ cups cooked spaghetti or rigatoni
1 cup shredded parmesan & mozzarella mix
2 eggs + 1 yolk
1 clove garlic, minced
Black pepper to taste
Optional: chopped parsley

Instructions:
1⃣ Whisk eggs with cheese, garlic & lots of black pepper.
2⃣ Toss pasta with egg mix and pancetta.
3⃣ Spread into crust and sprinkle more cheese on top.
4⃣ Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 min until golden and set.
5⃣ Garnish with parsley, slice thick, and serve creamy decadence!
