Vibrant All-Fruit Smoothie Blend with No Added Sugar

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 cup strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup blueberries

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or 100% juice)

1/2 cup cold water or coconut water

Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)

Directions:

Add all the fruits to a blender.

Pour in the orange juice and water (or coconut water).

Add a handful of ice cubes if desired.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust with a splash more juice or water if needed.

Serve immediately, garnished with a few extra berries or fruit slices if you like.
