Ingredients:
1 sheet pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup sliced corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: caraway seeds or parsley for garnish

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Roll out dough into large rectangle; spread dressing in center.
2ïžâƒŁ Layer corned beef, sauerkraut & cheese.
3ïžâƒŁ Fold sides over, seal edges tightly, and place seam-side down.
4ïžâƒŁ Brush with egg wash, sprinkle seeds if desired.
5ïžâƒŁ Bake at 200 °C (400 °F) for 20–25 min until golden and crisp.
6ïžâƒŁ Cool slightly, slice, and dip into extra dressing!
