SUPREME REUBEN STROMBOLI
Ingredients:
1 sheet pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup sliced corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: caraway seeds or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1ïžâŁ Roll out dough into large rectangle; spread dressing in center.
2ïžâŁ Layer corned beef, sauerkraut & cheese.
3ïžâŁ Fold sides over, seal edges tightly, and place seam-side down.
