SUPREME REUBEN DIP-STUFFED PRETZEL BITES

Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1/2 cup chopped corned beef
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained & chopped
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp Russian or Thousand Island dressing
1 egg (for egg wash)
Coarse salt for topping
Baking soda bath: 4 cups water + 1/4 cup baking soda

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, cheeses & dressing.
2ïžâƒŁ Cut dough into small squares, fill with mix, pinch shut.
3ïžâƒŁ Boil each in baking soda bath for 30 sec, then place on tray.
4ïžâƒŁ Brush with egg wash, sprinkle salt.
5ïžâƒŁ Bake at 220 °C (425 °F) for 12–15 min until golden & puffed.
