Ingredients (Serves 4):

* 300g squid, cleaned and chopped
* 250g Arborio rice
* 1 onion, chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 sachet or 2 tsp squid ink
* 1 liter fish stock
* Olive oil, parsley, lemon wedges

Instructions:
