    Creamy Baked Broccoli Chicken Divan with Cheddar Crust

    Ingredients:

    2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

    4 cups fresh broccoli florets

    1 tablespoon butter

    1/2 cup sour cream

    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

    1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

    Cooking spray or butter for greasing

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    Steam broccoli florets for 3–4 minutes until just tender but still bright green. Drain and set aside.
