- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 cup sour cream

Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. While that’s warming up, sprinkle the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to really kick up the flavor.
