Actor James Woods says he’s leaving the Republican Party — blasting GOP leadership while reaffirming his loyalty to Donald Trump.

In a lengthy post, Woods said he’s been a registered Republican “since Bill Clinton turned the Oval Office into his own personal brothel,” but is now “disgusted” with the party after accusing Senate Majority Leader John Thune of refusing to protect election integrity.

Woods says he will register as an Independent, though he added he will still vote with Republicans when they “stand behind this great President and act like Republicans again.”
