    1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

    1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce

    1/4 cup brown sugar

    2 tablespoons rice vinegar

    2 tablespoons honey

    1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (for slurry)

    1 teaspoon sesame oil

    2 green onions, thinly sliced

    1 tablespoon sesame seeds

    Directions:

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.
