    - 2 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
    - 2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
    - 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
    - 1 tbsp olive oil
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - Green onions, chopped, for garnish

    Preparation Steps:
