    Creamy Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

    Ingredients:

    2 cups heavy cream

    1 cup whole milk

    1 cup dulce de leche (plus extra for drizzling)

    1/4 teaspoon sea salt

    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

    Directions:

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and dulce de leche until fully combined and smooth.

    Add the sea salt and vanilla extract, and mix well.

    Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

    Pour the chilled base into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (typically 20–25 minutes).

    Once churned, transfer to a freezer-safe container, layering in extra spoonfuls of dulce de leche if desired. Swirl gently with a knife.

    Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

    Serve in bowls or cones with an optional drizzle of warm dulce de leche.

    Moist Banana Bread Swirled with Rich Dulce de Leche Caramel

    Ingredients:

    3 ripe bananas, mashed

    1 cup all-purpose flour

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

    3/4 cup granulated sugar

    2 large eggs

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1/2 cup dulce de leche

    1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
