    Flavor-Packed Big Mac Style Tortilla Wraps with Special Sauce

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1 teaspoon onion powder

    4 large flour tortillas

    1 cup shredded lettuce

    1/2 cup diced pickles

    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

    1/4 cup diced white onion

    For the Special Sauce:

    1/2 cup mayonnaise

    2 tablespoons ketchup

    1 tablespoon yellow mustard

    1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/2 teaspoon onion powder

    1 teaspoon white vinegar

    Directions:

    In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and brown the ground beef with salt, pepper, and onion powder until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the special sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.

    Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.

    To assemble, lay a tortilla flat and spread about 1 tablespoon of special sauce in the center.

    Top with a generous spoonful of cooked beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheddar cheese.

    Drizzle with more special sauce if desired.

    Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll up tightly into a wrap.

    Optional: Grill or toast the wraps in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side for a crispy finish.

    Slice in half and serve with extra sauce on the side!
