Silky Rosemary-Thyme Infused Butter Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tablespoon white wine or chicken broth for extra depth
Directions:
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter slowly to avoid browning.
Add the rosemary, thyme, and garlic. Sauté gently for 2–3 minutes, until fragrant and herbs soften.
Stir in the lemon juice and (if using) white wine or chicken broth. Simmer for another 1–2 minutes to let flavors meld.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and let sit for a minute to slightly thicken. Serve warm drizzled over roasted meats, vegetables, seafood, or pasta.
