    Creamy Zucchini and Fresh Basil Soup

    Ingredients:

    4 medium zucchinis, chopped

    1 medium onion, chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    3 cups vegetable broth

    1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

    1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (optional)

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh basil leaves for garnish

    Directions:

    Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.

    Add chopped zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Golden Pan-Seared Chicken Thighs in Garlic Butter Sauce

    Ingredients:

    6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    3 tablespoons unsalted butter

    6 garlic cloves, minced

    Directions:
