Ingredients:
- 2 pounds octopus, cleaned
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika

- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Lemon wedges for serving
