  • Peach Pineapple Sunrise Smoothie

    Tropical Peach & Pineapple Smoothie with a Hint of Mint

    Ingredients:

    1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped

    1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

    1/2 frozen banana

    1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)

    3/4 cup orange juice

    1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

    4–5 fresh mint leaves

    Ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

    Directions:

    Add peach, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, orange juice, and mint leaves to a blender.

    Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired for extra sweetness.

    Add a few ice cubes if you prefer a colder, thicker smoothie.

    Blend again briefly and pour into a tall glass.

    Garnish with a sprig of mint or a pineapple wedge, and enjoy immediately.

    Crispy Oven-Baked Garlic Parmesan Wings with Herb Butter

    Ingredients:

    2 lbs chicken wings, split and tips removed

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/2 teaspoon onion powder

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon paprika

    3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

    4 garlic cloves, minced

    2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

    2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    Optional: ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

    Directions:

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Lightly grease the rack.

    Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika until well coated.

    Add half the Parmesan cheese and toss again to coat.
