Refreshing Watermelon Agua Fresca with Lime
Ingredients:
4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
1 cup cold water
1–2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (to taste)
1–2 tablespoons agave syrup or sugar (optional, to taste)
Ice cubes for serving
Fresh mint or lime slices for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Add watermelon cubes and water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the pulp (optional for smoother texture).
Stir in lime juice and sweetener, adjusting to taste.
