Creamy Spicy Jalapeño Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1-2 fresh jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped jalapeños, lime juice, and minced garlic.
Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
Taste and adjust seasoning or jalapeño heat level if desired.
