TITANIC REUBEN QUESADILLA
Ingredients:
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup sliced or chopped corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
Butter for grilling
Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat a skillet, butter one side of each tortilla.
2️⃣ Place one tortilla (butter side down), layer cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and dressing.
3️⃣ Top with second tortilla (butter side up), cook until golden & crispy, flipping once.
4️⃣ Slice into wedges, serve with extra dressing for dipping.
