    Ingredients:
    - 500g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels)
    - 2 tablespoons olive oil
    - 1 onion, diced
    - 3 cloves garlic, minced
    - 1 bell pepper, chopped
    - 2 tomatoes, diced
    - 1 teaspoon paprika
    - 1 teaspoon oregano
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    - 200ml fish broth
    - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Preparation Steps:
    1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
    2. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
    3. Stir in the minced garlic and chopped bell pepper, cooking for an additional 3 minutes.
    4. Add the diced tomatoes, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
    5. Pour in the fish broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
    6. Add the mixed seafood and cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the seafood is cooked through and tender.
    7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
