Ingredients (Serves 4):

* 4 salmon fillets
* 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
* 2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* Salt and pepper

Instructions:

1. Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, and garlic to make the glaze.
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
