GOLIATH CARBONARA PIZZA EXPLOSION

Ingredients:
1 large pizza crust (prebaked or fresh)
2 eggs (1 for sauce, 1 soft-cooked for topping)
1 cup crispy pancetta or bacon bits
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
Black pepper & parsley to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream (for carbonara sauce)

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Make quick carbonara: sautĂ© garlic, add cream, 1 egg, Parmesan, and black pepper. Stir until thick.
2ïžâƒŁ Spread carbonara sauce on crust, top with mozzarella and pancetta.
3ïžâƒŁ Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10–12 min until bubbly.
4ïžâƒŁ Top with soft egg and parsley. Slice and devour!
