COLOSSAL REUBEN EGG ROLL

Ingredients:
6 large egg roll wrappers
1 cup chopped corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, well-drained
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing (plus extra for dipping)
Oil for frying

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese & dressing in a bowl.
2ïžâƒŁ Place filling in wrappers, roll tightly & seal edges with water.
3ïžâƒŁ Heat oil to 180 °C (350 °F), fry until golden & crispy (about 3–4 min each).
4ïžâƒŁ Drain on paper towels, serve hot with extra dressing.
