COLOSSAL REUBEN CHEESE CURDS

Ingredients:
2 cups cheese curds (preferably white cheddar)
1/2 cup finely chopped corned beef
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and minced
1/4 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Oil for frying

Instructions:
1️⃣ Freeze cheese curds for 30 min (helps them hold shape).
2️⃣ Mix corned beef, sauerkraut & dressing—set aside.
3️⃣ Dip curds in flour, then egg/milk mix, then breadcrumbs.
4️⃣ Fry at 180 °C (350 °F) until golden (about 1–2 min).
5️⃣ Immediately top with Reuben mix or serve it as a dip—gooey, meaty, insane!
