COLOSSAL REUBEN CHEESE CURDS
Ingredients:
2 cups cheese curds (preferably white cheddar)
1/2 cup finely chopped corned beef
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and minced
1/4 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1ïžâŁ Freeze cheese curds for 30 min (helps them hold shape).
2ïžâŁ Mix corned beef, sauerkraut & dressingâset aside.
3ïžâŁ Dip curds in flour, then egg/milk mix, then breadcrumbs.
4ïžâŁ Fry at 180 °C (350 °F) until golden (about 1â2 min).
5ïžâŁ Immediately top with Reuben mix or serve it as a dipâgooey, meaty, insane!
