GARGANTUAN REUBEN DIP-STUFFED CORNBREAD

Ingredients:
1 box cornbread mix (plus ingredients per box)
1 cup chopped corned beef
1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp Russian or Thousand Island dressing
Butter for greasing

Instructions:
1ïžâƒŁ Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F), grease a baking dish.
2ïžâƒŁ Mix Reuben dip: cream cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and dressing.
3ïžâƒŁ Prepare cornbread batter per box, pour half into dish.
4ïžâƒŁ Spread Reuben dip over batter, then top with remaining batter.
5ïžâƒŁ Bake 25–30 min until golden and set. Cool slightly, slice thick—stuffed to the max!
