MONSTER REUBEN SLIDERS ON RYE
Ingredients:
8 mini rye buns or slider rolls
1 lb chopped corned beef
1 cup sauerkraut, drained
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup Russian or Thousand Island dressing
Butter for toasting buns
Optional: chopped fresh dill or parsley
Instructions:
1ïžâŁ Mix corned beef, sauerkraut & dressing.
2ïžâŁ Slice buns, butter insides, toast lightly in skillet.
3ïžâŁ Layer beef mix and Swiss cheese on buns, top with second bun half.
4ïžâŁ Warm sliders in oven at 180°C (350°F) for 5â7 min till cheese melts.
5ïžâŁ Garnish with herbs, serve hot & hearty!
