    Ingredients (Serves 4):

    * For pancakes:
    * 2 eggs
    * 150g flour
    * 300ml milk
    * Pinch of salt

    * For filling:
    * 300g ground pork or beef
    * 1 onion, finely chopped
    * 2 tbsp sweet Hungarian paprika
    * 2 cloves garlic, minced
    * 1 tbsp oil
    * Salt, pepper

    * For sauce:
    * 200ml sour cream

    Instructions:
